トライアルレッスン内容

本日の体験レッスンは横浜で、40代女性の方でした。
得意だった英語を生かした仕事につかれ内外で活躍されている本日の生徒様です。

講師はバイリンガルの日本人です。まず日本語で生徒様の仕事関係、英語環境、これからのご希望、強化したい英語力などを仔細に尋ね、現状をしっかり把握した上でデモレッスンに入りました。

海外出張先の外国について、食べ物の違い、文化の違い、何が印象的だったか、どちらが
好きか?などを尋ねます。

Q: What’s the defference between Japanese food and Italian food?
A: First of all, Italian was very good but excessive in amount and I couldn’t eat all.

Q: What’s the most impessive thing there?
A: “Blue Cave”in Capri. It’s fantastic and breathtaking scenery. We were very lucky
to see that.
Q: What was the most serious problem in that country?
A: That is my difficulties with interpreting into English for my friends.

以上の様に具体的な質問に対してはとてもきちんとお答えになりました。

これからは出張先の情報を最初に予習して英語に直し、プレゼンのように読んで得意な説明パターンを作り、スタッフにも説明できるようにする。 地道な努力をある程度を積み重ねる事で表現力をつけていく事になりました。

昔海外滞在の経験がありましたので、ある程度は英会話は出来ますが、最近出張の際、スタッフに英語で文化や歴史の説明がうまく出来ずに終わりました。もう一度自分の英語をやり直したい気持ちになり、申込みました。
